Tommy Butler – Onsite Administrator / Safety and Health Director
Tommy developed the Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Clinic in 2007. He has served as the Safety & Health Director for CMCSS since 1995. Tommy holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University.
Tiffany Maxwell, LPN – Clinic Manager
Tiffany began her career with Onsite in 2015, serving as an LPN and Team Lead before transitioning into administration as the Assistant Clinic Manager. Previously, she served for nearly a decade at Trevecca Health Care Center in various roles, including MDS Coordinator, Infection Control Nurse, LPN Supervisor. In her free time she enjoys reading and watching her son play in the high school band.

Kelly Foley, PA – Lead Provider
Kelly has been with Onsite since 2013 and brings decades of nursing experience, including 12 years as a flight nurse. He is deeply committed to providing compassionate care to his patients and supporting his coworkers. Kelly dedicates himself to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest quality of care in every interaction.
In his free time, Kelly enjoys working on home projects and relaxing with his beloved fur boys. His passion for helping others and his dedication to excellence makes him a valued member of our team.

Dr. Donald Wade Huffman – Supervising Physician
Dr. Huffman has served as Onsite’s Medical Director since 2018. He brings an extensive amount of experience and leadership to our team. He has been specializing in Family Medicine since 1988. He attended medical school in Arkansas and completed his Family Practice residency at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr Huffman is a military veteran who served at Fort Campbell before transitioning to civilian practice. He has been a dedicated medical provider committed to serving the Clarksville community since 1996.

Jessica Mosley Coleman, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC
Jessica joined Onsite in 2019. She earned her Masters in Nursing from TSU 2012. Jessica brings extensive experience caring for patients of all ages. Her professional background includes a wide range of specialties such as Surgical-Oncology, Primary and Urgent Care, and serving as an Adult Health Clinical Instructor for Belmont’s RN-BSN Program. Jessica’s dedication to delivering high-quality, personalized care was instrumental in helping establish the Onsite Infusion Clinic in 2020. In her free time she enjoys the rural lifestyle with her two children.
Danny Anderson, FNP
Danny earned his Doctorate in Nursing Practice from WKU. He is a proud veteran of the US Army. His diverse nursing experience spans multiple specialties, including nursing education, neurological intensive care, emergency medicine, and medical-surgical services. He is passionate about family practice, focusing on empowering patients through education and personalized care.
Danny is committed to delivering an exceptional healthcare experience for every patient. His friendly disposition and professional demeanor make him a valued member of the Onsite team.
Jenni White Barnes, FNP
Jenni has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2019. She has 19 years of experience as an RN. She has worked extensively in primary care and urology, bringing a compassionate and comprehensive approach to patient care. Jenni is a CMCSS graduate and the proud mother of two sons. When she’s not caring for her patients, she enjoys getting creative with crafts and relaxing by binge-watching her favorite shows and movies on Netflix. As a rare Clarksville native, Jenni deeply values community and looks forward to serving and caring for our local families with dedication and kindness.
Brittany Sauers, FNP
Brittany earned her MSN degree from APSU in 2021 and quickly joined Onsite as a Nurse Practitioner. With nine years of experience as an RN in the emergency department, Brittany brings a wealth of clinical expertise and compassionate care to her patients. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her husband and daughter. They enjoy swimming, riding on their side-by-side, camping, boating, and exploring the outdoors.
Hailey Browning, FNP
Hailey earned her Master of Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University, bringing a strong passion for healthcare and a dedication to making a positive impact in the community. Originally from California, she completed her undergraduate degree in Health Science at college in Idaho. Outside of her professional life, Hailey enjoys spending time outdoors with her boyfriend, embracing nature and relaxing. Her commitment to compassionate care and community service makes her a valued member of our team.
Jessica Myatt – PRN FNP
Mike Lombardo – PRN PA-C, BA-PA, MPAS
Mike has been practicing in Family Medicine since 1998. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After serving nearly 24 years in the Army, he decided to retire. However, after a year of retirement, he felt compelled to return and continue making a difference in people’s lives through healthcare. In his down time, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his family, growing a garden, and hunting.
Jason Engholm – PRN FNP
Jason is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate patient care. He excels at explaining medical information in a clear and understandable way, ensuring his patients feel informed and comfortable. Jason earned his Master’s degree from TSU and brings a wealth of experience from his diverse background as a Registered Nurse in various healthcare settings. As an Army Veteran, he values discipline and service. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his family and pursuing his love of hunting.

Angela joined the Onsite team in 2022. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others. Her approach centers on fostering independence and resilience, empowering individuals with the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. One of Angela’s greatest joys is helping and teaching others.

Marteka is a dedicated and hardworking individual with a strong background in the medical field. With 11 years of experience, she has developed a solid foundation in her career, with 6 years as a Medical Office Assistant and 5 years as a Medical Assistant. She has 2 boys who attend CMCSS schools, and they keep her busy playing travel ball for CMCSS. In her free time, Marteka enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, which is essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Marteka has been with Onsite since 2023.

Charla “Charli” Pugh
Charli has been with CMCSS since 2016. She comes with over 20 years of Administrative Assistant experience, a two-year teaching certificate, and an Associate of Arts degree. She has been married to her husband for 26 years. They have two children, a grandchild, and 2 dogs. She enjoys going to theme parks (especially Universal Studios Florida), camping, event planning, and anything Harry Potter!
