Lab Services

We offer a comprehensive menu of lab services which can include blood draws and urine collection.

We perform in-house lab services as well as labs for outside providers, however there are limitations, which may cause you to seek a different facility for certain outside lab orders. Please contact us for specific information.  

• All lab work requires an order from a healthcare provider.
• All outside orders must be approved prior to scheduling an appointment.
